Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos Opens in Kalo Livadi, Bringing a New Luxury Escape to the Island

Four Seasons has expanded its presence in Greece with the opening of Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos in Kalo Livadi, introducing a new luxury retreat to one of the Mediterranean’s most sought-after destinations. Built amphitheatrically above the bay, the new resort blends contemporary architecture with Cycladic design, making the most of the island’s natural landscape and uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea.

Designed by renowned Greek architect Nikos Valsamakis, the resort spans 60,000 square metres and draws inspiration from the layout of a traditional Cycladic village. Whitewashed buildings, natural materials and understated outdoor spaces create an atmosphere that blends seamlessly with the surrounding Mykonian landscape.

The property features 94 rooms, suites and villas, many of which include private plunge pools. Guests can unwind on the hotel’s private beach, enjoy two infinity pools, or take advantage of the resort’s location, which offers the perfect balance between the tranquillity of Kalo Livadi and easy access to the vibrant town of Mykonos.

Dining is a central part of the experience, with four distinct restaurants and bars. Álef showcases Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on fresh seafood and premium cuts of meat, while Corbu serves authentic Italian dishes. The Beach and Kafenéo offer relaxed settings for coffee, cocktails and light meals overlooking the Aegean, from morning through sunset.

Wellness also plays a key role at the resort. Surrounded by Mediterranean gardens, the spa features seven treatment rooms, thermal facilities, an outdoor pavilion and a fully equipped Fitness Centre with dedicated spaces for yoga, stretching and personalised training sessions.

Beyond its facilities, Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos invites guests to experience the island from a different perspective. Curated activities include private excursions to Delos and Rhenia, guided tours through Mykonos Town and Ano Mera, scenic helicopter flights over the island, and horseback riding to the secluded Fokos Beach.

In addition to leisure stays, the resort offers elegant venues for private celebrations and weddings. Its hillside chapel, overlooking the Aegean Sea, provides a spectacular setting for ceremonies and is one of the property’s most distinctive features.
