Matsuhisa Food Festival 2026

A distinctive journey of flavors traverses Greece through the Matsuhisa Food Festival, culminating in three iconic destinations: Mykonos, Paros, and Athens. It invites the public to a unique high-gastronomy experience that combines creativity, technique, and premium ingredients.

Culinary enthusiasts will have the opportunity to experience the legendary Chef Nobu Matsuhisa firsthand as he welcomes guests to Matsuhisa Mykonos, Matsuhisa Paros, and Matsuhisa Athens for a series of exclusive evenings dedicated to contemporary Japanese cuisine.

The journey begins in Mykonos on June 12, 13, 14, and 15 at the iconic Belvedere Hotel, where Matsuhisa Mykonos hosts Chef Nobu Matsuhisa for special nights of indulgence. Guests will have the chance to savor his signature dishes in one of the most cosmopolitan spots on the island.

On June 16, the festival continues in Paros at the Avant Mar hotel, where Matsuhisa Paros hosts a special evening dedicated to the philosophy of Nobu Matsuhisa. The experience highlights the balance of flavors, the harmony of ingredients, and the authenticity of the raw materials.

The festival concludes in Athens on June 17 and 18 at the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, as Matsuhisa Athens hosts the grand finale. At one of the country’s most prominent hotels, guests will enjoy two evenings dedicated to contemporary Japanese cuisine through the eyes of Nobu Matsuhisa.

The Matsuhisa Food Festival is not merely a series of culinary events. It is a unified journey that unites cities, islands, and people through the taste and philosophy of one of the world’s most influential chefs. Beyond the iconic signature dishes that have established Chef Nobu’s culinary identity, the festival offers guests the unique opportunity to discover special creations and bespoke dishes curated by the chef himself, utilizing local and seasonal ingredients from each destination. In this way, each stop of the festival takes on its own distinctive character, blending the internationally recognized philosophy of Chef Nobu with the culinary identity of the host location.

The Matsuhisa brand, through the restaurants bearing the signature of Nobu Matsuhisa, has established itself as a benchmark in international high gastronomy, with a presence in 12 top destinations in Europe: Matsuhisa Mykonos (Belvedere Hotel), Matsuhisa St. Moritz (Badrutt’s Palace Hotel), Matsuhisa Athens (Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens), Matsuhisa Munich (Mandarin Oriental), Matsuhisa Paris (Le Royal Monceau Raffles), Matsuhisa Limassol (Amara Hotel), Matsuhisa Cala di Volpe (Costa Smeralda, Sardinia), Matsuhisa St. Tropez (Château de la Messardière), Matsuhisa Val d’Isère (Airelles Val d’Isère), Matsuhisa Paros (Avant Mar Hotel), Matsuhisa Venice (Airelles Palladio Venice), and Matsuhisa Mallorca (Mandarin Oriental, Punta Negra).
