H Hotels Collection Unveils Plans for a New Five-Star Resort in Rhodes

Rhodes has long been one of Greece’s favourite island escapes, but travellers planning a future holiday will soon have another reason to put it on their list. A brand-new five-star resort is coming to Kiotari, bringing a fresh accommodation option to the island’s beautiful southeastern coastline.

Developed by H Hotels Collection, the new resort will rise on an impressive 57,000-square-metre seafront location, next to Boutique 5 Hotel & Spa. The €60 million project is designed to make the most of its coastal setting, combining contemporary hospitality with the relaxed atmosphere that has made this part of Rhodes increasingly popular with visitors.

The resort will feature 76 one-bedroom suites, 50 two-bedroom suites and nine private villas, offering options for couples, families and groups of friends. Swimming pools, restaurants, a mini club and three tennis courts are also part of the plans, creating a destination where travellers can easily spend slow days without having to venture far.

Kiotari is an excellent base for discovering southern Rhodes, particularly for travellers looking beyond the island’s busiest areas. Lindos and its iconic Acropolis are within easy reach, while nearby beaches, traditional villages and scenic drives reveal a quieter, more laid-back side of the island.

The upcoming opening also adds to the growing hospitality scene along Rhodes’ southeastern coast, giving visitors even more choice when planning their Greek island escape.

For an island that already combines golden beaches, ancient history, traditional villages and seemingly endless Mediterranean sunshine, another seaside stay is about to join the map.
