Celestyal Shifts Focus to the Mediterranean for Winter 2026/2027

Celestyal is strategically realigning its 2026/2027 winter season, opting to concentrate exclusively on the Mediterranean. The company has announced that it will not proceed with its planned Arabian Gulf program, choosing instead to channel its focus into strengthening its routes throughout the broader Mediterranean region by utilizing its entire fleet.

The New Deployment Plan:

  • Celestyal Discovery (1,360-passenger capacity): The vessel will bolster the popular “Idyllic Aegean” cruises, adding two extra sailings in November 2026 and four more in March 2027. Additionally, the company is introducing a new program in the Western Mediterranean, set to operate across both the 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 winter seasons.

  • Celestyal Journey (1,260-passenger capacity): The vessel is enhancing its March 2027 schedule with four additional departures, split between the “Heavenly Adriatic” (Greece, Italy, and Croatia) and “Idyllic Aegean” itineraries.

Celestyal is expected to release full details regarding the updated routes and pricing in the coming days. Bookings for these new cruise options will officially open on June 15.
